CRY IT OUT Play at the Library Event

WHEN: Saturday April 27th, 2:00-3:00pm
WHERE: Brooklyn Park Library
WHO: All are welcome!
COST: This event is FREE and open to the public

Join actors and the director from Yellow Tree’s production of the new play CRY IT OUT by Molly Smith Metzler for a short reading from the script followed by a conversation. This funny, topical play tells the story of two women of very different financial backgrounds who bond over the experience of having newborn babies. Issues addressed include being a stay-at-home parent, female friendship, going back to work, and the effect class has on parenthood. A local childcare professional will facilitate a conversation between artists and audience, showcasing how important contemporary issues can be addressed through thought-provoking live theater.
